Steve has spent many years building his own homes prior to embarking on a career in Real Estate in 1997. After a short career as an Agents Representative, he undertook study and qualified as a Licensed Estate Agent in 2001, where he created in partnership a Real Estate company, but has moved on to start his own agency – Port Warrnambool Realty – in 2003. Steve has had a very successful career in Real Estate, working in an Award winning office and being the recipient of numerous Personal Sales Awards. He is also a very successful property investor and developer and is willing to impart his knowledge to those interested in property investment and wealth creation. Steve’s business philosophy of “Outstanding service at a fair price” is the cornerstone of Port Warrnambool Realty’s client based philosophy.
